What is our niche market?
Bluesky provides specialist and senior HR professionals on a permanent and interim basis for organisations throughout the world. We specialise in two areas of HR namely Global Mobility and International HR.

Global Mobility - We are the No1 in this field! Within this division we work with all sections of the expat world including Industry, Relocation Companies and the Consultancies. For example we have recruited 'in' entire International Assignments departments for organisations that have decided to 'in source' that function; recruited Directors of Global Mobility for Fortune 500 companies; recruited Business Development and Operations Direcors for Relocation companies; recruited Expat Tax Specialists for a wide variety of organisations. This of course is to name but a few types of role we have recruited for in this field.

Global HR - We aim to be No1 in this field and are nearly there! Within this division we work with a diverse range of businesses and provide them with the right individual to solve their needs. For example we have helped numerous US and European businesses expand or reshape their businesses in Central and Eastern Europe and China. This could be through providing people with 'specialist' regional HR knowledge or those with 'specialist' knowledge of Reward structures in those locations.
